Flow Guard is licensed under the standard agreement Atlassian offers through Marketplace. This page records which agreement applies; it does not add terms of its own.

The date a customer first enters an order for Flow Guard through Atlassian Marketplace.
The agreement
Flow Guard adopts the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0 offered through Atlassian Marketplace. It applies when the Flow Guard Marketplace listing designates the Standard Agreement and a customer first enters an order.
The Marketplace order, the Standard Agreement and any provider-specific terms shown at purchase together form the customer agreement. This page does not replace or modify those terms.
Source code
Flow Guard is a Forge cloud app. It runs on Atlassian-hosted compute and storage, and no source code is distributed to customers, so no separate source code license agreement applies.
